AUTOMATIC MULTI PROTECTION SYSTEM USING PLC

Abstract

In Every Industry there is a need to protect the industrial plant machinery based on different
OFF techniques and it must be playing a major role and it protects the entire plane machinery system
and its protection are in different ways to protect the machinery and if you got an emergency situation
to particular machine. For this control purpose,we use controlling system as PLC and it is heart of our
entire project to protect in different ways. Here we use certain specific conditional inputs to PLC like
emergency button , Industrial change over relay , OFF buttons , Limit switches , level switch , many
more , every off digital instruments is a inputs to the PLC and here need to implement ladder
programming in Delta PLC with WPL software and for output purpose we are using 3 different
outputs and for these we use a indication lamps but every industry it is a mandatory for protect humans
from hazard situations , short circuit , any small accidental condition it protect the human and
machine.
