Abstract

The main aim of this project is to monitor and controlling of machine using touch
screen device HMI through PLC communication to control the industry in different
conditions of an industry based on their machine condition and through HMI we can give
different smart work options to machine with Digital Operation of to control digital
instruments like valve, indication, alarm, relay, VFD on/off, power contactor on/off more.
and we can control and monitoring on different analog instruments like temperature, bottle
counting more with different analog and trend control system
Every signal controlling will reach to PLC and it should decide the machine to controlling
conditions and parallel every signal from machine reach to PLC and PLC can give signal to
the HMI for monitoring system of HMI and each signal will reach to PLC through
communication cable and PLC is master controlling device to control the Machine in their
own production conditions.
